Sims 3 buggy play
I bought the missing expansion packs I needed of the Sims 3 in the sale, the first time I loaded the game there was no issue. I updated the graphics options so I could see things, restarted and logged in and got the error with 'serious error please restart' when loading a world.
I followed the instructions to pause onedrive and redoing my folders and it worked and I got a couple of hours play. I go to play today and nothing loads, its the same error so I redo the same steps again and load the game, change the graphics and restart, when I get in, none of my downloads from the store are there including worlds I purchased and only showing one world.
I go to redo everything again, but the launcher does not accept my password, I am stuck in a continual loop so I can not have my worlds or additional items. I have no mods or cc, its all via the store. I can not believe I have wasted money on the expansions to play it on my windows 11 pc and its a hit or miss if it works.
I am so frustrated with it. Does anyone have any advice or can I go back to EA and complain and maybe get money back?
