Sims 3 cd

My problem is, that I have nearly all the Sims 3 CDs, but only 2 of them is registered here. Is there any way, I can get them updated here? I don’t want to buy them again!!!

  • @Koklacskira  If you can register the others, do so now.  Otherwise, you'll need to contact EA customer support.  Take a photo for each item showing its disc, its case, and the product code (clearly readable).  You can upload these when you submit the help request.

    I would strongly recommend using live chat rather than email.  If you don't see the option, try this link:

    Make sure you're signed into an EA site (this one is fine) before clicking the link and that the location in the lower-right corner of the browser window is set to U.S. or U.K.

    I found a way to register them, but I cannot download them now. It only shows 'unlocked', but it wouldn't download it. What should I do?

    @Koklacskira  I wouldn't count on a good response to an email no matter how quickly it showed up.  That's why in the post I linked, I strongly suggest using live chat instead.  In a live chat, you can clarify or ask more questions or push further if needed.  So I'd suggest that you try that as well.

    The post I linked has a suggestion for how to get the live chat option when it's not showing by default.

    @Koklacskira  You should see an option that specifically says live chat:

    If you click that and nothing pops up, the issue may be the browser.  So try with a different browser, or on a different device.
