@DinaCRO Is it possible you previously redeemed the code in Origin, or maybe on the old Sims 3 site ( www.thesims3.com or store.thesims3.com )? If so, the game would already be in the Origin account tied to whatever email address you used at the time. Please check your current Origin game library, just to make sure the pack isn't already there.
If you do have two accounts, you can ask EA customer support to merge them, although the account that disappears will likely lose the store content it owns.
