Question

Hello,A few years from now I bought The Sims 3 and a few DLCs on disc. I've decided this year to put their keys into my EA account to play this game without the disc. I've been able to do it for every DLC except one : Pets. It says that the code has already been used, but I've never used it. It is not on my account, and I had an another account on which I played the sims before having this new one, but it is not on this one either. Is there a way to install it anyway on my account ? I don't really like the fact that I would need to buy the DLC even if I already own it in physical ☹️

@kasimaru13&nbsp; You'll need to contact EA customer support for help with this.&nbsp; Taka a photo showing the Pets disc, case, and insert with the code clearly readable, and upload that when you submit the help request.&nbsp; I strongly suggest using live chat rather than email.&nbsp; If you're not seeing the option, try this link:

Make sure you're signed into an EA site (this one is fine) before clicking the link and that the location in the lower-right corner of the browser window is set to U.S. or U.K.

Thank you very much for your answer. Unfortunately it seems like I bought the game from someone who used the key, so I can't claim the game ☹️That's a shame because I have the game in physical
