[Sims 3 Console] Please post here

My sims father wants to see her graduate but i dont know how. My teen sim has a grade A and is on the honour roll basically every day, and i complete the opportunities given to help her improve in school. I tried aging her up with the cake to see if it happened after they become a young adult but the wish just disappeared from the fathers wish list. Surely there must be a way to graduate? Why would they put it as a wish if you can't even complete it? Please help simmers!

HI. Just got the Sims 3 today for XBOX 360, and played it for hours. I went to save the game, and it says "You cannot save. You have not chosen a storage device". I cant see any way of doing this. Can someone help. I dont really want to lose the game.

@3capj We can't give codes here, and the nature of your issue is unclear. If you are looking for an online pass for an older EA game, it should show up on your console's online store for free. 

@jeasyjay7 So I take it that you took the cache step listed here: http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-do-i-clear-my-playstation-3-s-cache/ Past this you can turn off your PS4 fully, and check for updates if this fails to resolve the issue after the restart. 

@martharog Again, way too late for this, but it sounds like a save device was disconnected. I assume you don't use an integrated hard drive, so you could check the USB connections for any removable. storage media

So I bought a xbox 360 version of the sims 3 from a gamestop store a little while back, and it does not have a serial code or anything. So for registration, and linking, I'm screwed ain't I? Every time I start it up, it asks for acces code. I enter the only code I can find on the thing, and it's not long enough, it needs a 20 digit code. So I have no idea how or where can I get one or retrieve it. I really would like to so I don't have to struggle with having to go through it every time it starts up. Can anyone help. It's xbox 360 The Sims 3 a platinum hits

@Leomagic88 No paper within the box ? Can you play the game and where exactly does it need the 20 digit code ?

I'm playing The Sims 3 on my PS3 and I noticed "The Exchange" and "The Store" options, and I couldn't click on them. So I figured it was because I wasn't connected to EA so I tried to connect to EA but it says "This feautre is disabled due to parental settings" I'm a 20 year old woman with my own debts, I bought the PS3 and disabled all parental settings, and I cant conect to EA from a simulation game... HELP

@Sunrainsea AFAIK the exchange for the console version has been shut off a while ago.

I have the sims 3 xbox 360 version but when i start it a black screen with a green diamond freezes at the screen. Is there any way to fix this?

When i start my game to play a green diamond appears on a black screen and stays there forever. Is there anyway to fix this?
