@3capj We can't give codes here, and the nature of your issue is unclear. If you are looking for an online pass for an older EA game, it should show up on your console's online store for free.
@jeasyjay7 So I take it that you took the cache step listed here: http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-do-i-clear-my-playstation-3-s-cache/ Past this you can turn off your PS4 fully, and check for updates if this fails to resolve the issue after the restart.
@martharog Again, way too late for this, but it sounds like a save device was disconnected. I assume you don't use an integrated hard drive, so you could check the USB connections for any removable. storage media
