Sims 3 DLC in purchase history but says I don't own it when trying to download

@lildominoe  Please try downloading the items from their product pages, not from your purchase history.  For any item, if  you get the "you don't own this content" error, refresh the product page a couple times and try again.

If that doesn't work, please let me know whether the Store account you're signed into is the same one as the EA account you used to install Sims 3 on this computer.
