Sims 3 DLC in purchase history but says I don't own it when trying to download

Since moving over to the EA app from Origin, DLC that I purchased on TheSims3.com is won't download. When trying to download the content from the Sims 3.com website, some of my purchases are telling ...

@lildominoe  You can download the store items while in game. Click the options (...) and click Open Downloads Dashboard.  All your purchased items shold be there.
