Sims 3 Expansion Pack Not Showing Serial Code

Hey guys, sorry if this has already been asked in a separate forum. If so, please send me the link to it! 

So I bought the Sims 3 Ambitions expansion pack on my Origin application on my Windows PC. I have noticed that there is bonus material on The Sims 3 website that can only be redeemed if you enter the game code (or serial code) for said expansion pack. 

The thing is, I cannot find that code for the life of me. This is beyond frustrating. My issue does not alter my gameplay (other than I don't get free stuff 😢 ), but it would be spectacular to find a solution to this.

If anyone knows where to find the game codes for expansion packs downloaded on Origin, would you mind telling me where?

    Thats the problem. The packs do not show as owned. Ive tried to repair the game through origin and update but everything is up to date. And i dont want the rewards i want to use the exchange.

    Also i got the game through origin so it should automatically be registered, but it isnt showing up as registered. They show up on origin in my game library and game play works fine. But i really want to use the exchange
