Sims 3 Expansions Missing
I had all the Sims 3 expansions on Origin but when I downloaded the new EA App I lost them all except one and it is saying I have to rebuy them all, is there anyway io can get them back without rebuying?

Neptune1325 It sounds like you might have a second EA account that owns the content. Even if you don't believe so, please check. Try signing into an EA site, or the EA App, with any email address you currently have access to; you can click "Forgot your password?" to receive a password-recovery email.
For your main account and any other you find, login to ea.com, open Account Settings > Order History, and look for your Sims 3 purchases. Let me know what you find.
Please also let me know where you bought the packs originally, e.g. from EA or via disc.
I just have the one account! I have the Sims 4 and a bunch of expansions that transferred without a hitch on the same Origin account that I have the sims 3 on.
I originally bought most of them on disc but I didn’t need the discs when playing through Origin. I will look at my purchase history later today!
Neptune1325 Your disc-based content should have transferred, but if not, you'll need to contact EA customer support. First, take a photo for each pack showing the disc, its case, and the product code (clearly readable). You can upload these when you submit the help request.
I would strongly suggest using the live chat option rather than email. If you don't see it, try this link:
Make sure you're signed into an EA site (this one is fine) before clicking the link and that the location in the lower-right corner of the browser window is set to U.S. or U.K.
Alternately, try using the help site without being signed in. Some categories of issue allow you to proceed without an active login, and many of those offer the live chat option.
