the game launches but minmizies too ?
try right click the orign shortcut icon run as admin do the same for the base game icon restart the computer

also make sure proxies are turned off
Make sure you have Proxies turned off.
Control Panel --> Internet Options --> Connections --> LAN Settings --> Untick Proxy Server
