@nowhere2gofrom First make a copy of the GraphicRules.sgr file. It seems the 210 chip is in the GraphicsCards.sgr file but not in the GraphicRules.sgr file. After looking for some time I couldn't find a match. The fast way to fix this is find "* 2?0M*" and edit out the M so it looks like "* 2?0*". If you made a copy you can copy that file back should you make a mistake.
add: the 210 is a very entry level graphics chip. This chip will probably play the game better then an integrated chip but will probably struggle with demanding games like Fallout 4. Without knowing your computer configuration it is hard to make a proper recommendation.
