Sims 3 In Game content brought through EA
I bought Barnacle Bay, Dragon Valley, and Roaring heights through the EA app and it isnt installed on my sims 3 game, I seen that I needed to come to the sims website and go to my account purchase history but the sims made me create a new sims account after i logged in with my EA credentials. Now its saying i do not have the worlds i purchased and clearly see in the ea app on my laptop. There is no download button next to these addons and i dont have a product key, it was bought digitally. I dont know what to do to get access to these three in game content add-ons

If your purchase history is showing as empty and you were prompted to create a new account on The Sims 3 store, that sounds like you may have logged in with the incorrect account details- we aren't able to check this with you over the forums since we can't access your account data, but live support can review this with you to see what's happened.
