Sims 3 Island Paradise - Resort problem

I have a problem with resorts in my game. The workers never comes to the resort, so anyone can't check in. I don't use any mods, the game have all updates. I don't know what to do. In new games everything is in order, but I have my favourite save (family in Sunset Valley) and any resort doesn't work here. If my sim is a guest in resort he can't there is the option "check in", but the workers never come, so he can't check in and use the resort. When he is the owner of the resort, there is no options when I click on the desk.

I hope you understand me, my English is not very well ^^

I will be very grateful if somebody will help me 🙂

    if your sim owns the resort he/she can just stay there as long as they want and or go to the home lot in the world you are playing in . do you have a front desk on the lot and click on it to hire workers/clerks also in the world you are in did is the lot type set to resort ? and own the lot ?

    B there was/is a bug in IP if a self employed sim checks in it didnt seem to work and or glitched the way to check in was to have an unemployed sim with you and have him/her check everyone in

    Thanks rum I thought maybe it was a routing issue with the resorts!!!

    There is a front desk on the lot of resort of course 🙂 When the resort is controled by game, there is no workers, so my active family can't check in. Another sims can use the resort, but when I change my active family to another, they also can't check in - they wait untill the worker will appear, but it never happends.

    So I decided to buy this resort, and then there aren't any options when I try to click on the front desk, I can't also see the finances of the resort, when I click this option the window doesn't appear.

    My sim is not self employeed. I tried to build another resort in another town end it worked well, so I packed it and placed in my town, the problems were the same as in the first resort ...

    Did you try replacing the desk (only works if you own the resort)

    also if you do own the resort you can place a lobby from blueprint mode then sell the other front desk and click on the new desk to see if you can hire a clerk
