Sims 3 Island Paradise Expansion Pack Installed But Not Showing In Game

So, I have had this problem for a while now and haven't been able to find a good solution. I have recently got a new laptop and before I installed the sims on this laptop, Island Paradise was working...

@Katythehawker123  You'll need to ask someone from EA customer support to remove the pack from your account, and then you'll be able to buy it again or add another code.
