Sims 3 Island Paradise Maintenance Worker Problem

@xswimx  For items that can't be deleted, even with cheats, try using NRaas MasterController's Object Stats command on the lot in question.  This will "flush" (deleted) the selected items, so make sure you're not deleting anything critical, or save first and be prepared to quit without saving.
