Sims 3 Island Paradise will not install

Sims 3 Island Paradise will not go through the install procedure. It says update Sims 3 to the newest version using game launcher. I cannot update using game launcher as it will not (and never has) connected to Origin. I have done all my updates with your manual links. I know I was up to date, but I went ahead and reinstalled the super patch just to make sure. The game downloaded fine (if slowly). But when I try to do install, it keeps telling me I must update my game with the Sims game launcher. I'm stuck and would really appreaciate some help.

Mine keeps asking for a registration code, which I do not see in my email verification & now other expansions such as Barnacle Bay or Monte Vista, this is stopping any other downloads. Please help & now I believe I have paid for Island Paradise twice☹️

hi there barnacle bay and monte vista are worlds they will not be in your origin my games tab as they are not expansion packs or stuff packs you should be sent codes fo rto redeem those worlds in your the sims 3 account click on this link it has instructions on how to redeem your world codes in your the sims 3 account then downlaod your worlds from your the sims 3 purchase history and install them

IF you have bought a digital download of an expansion pack or stuff pack then if you have origin downloaded to your computer you need to log into your orign account from the desktop with your email and password then see the game icon in your my games tab right click the game icon for your code have pen and paper handy also you download your digital version of the game in origin right click th game icon download
