Sims 3: Island Pardise Cyclic Redundancy Check

I have the sims 3 base game installed. Previously I also had all the other expansions (and one stuff pack) installed when this happened, so I tried uninstalling all the games, installed the base game...

Unfortunately I've already gone through your document for it, I was hoping to get some other suggestions by posting on here.

When the chat window opens, it says the standard "please wait while we connect you to an advisor" or whatever, and i never get connected to one.

Could you try with another browser (live chat) ?

I wish I had other suggestions but I sadly don't.

I would just try the call back option tomorrow.
