Sims 3 launcher doesnt accept my serial code

I redeemed serial number for Sims 3 on origin, instal it, then created account on Sims 3 website with same login informations like on Origin

and after launching game from launcher, There popup window for veryfiing serial number... after double check the serial number it still popup and dont let me go further
