Sims 3 Launcher doesn't start
When I try to play Sims 3 the launcher doesn't open correctly so I can play. It either doesn't open completely and has just black where all the buttons would be or it does open but when I hit play it...

Purpleqween_TTV Are you able to connect your computer to a different network? For example, you could set your phone as a mobile hotspot, using data rather than your home wifi, and connect to that. This is just a test and shouldn't use much data.
Please also provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
TS3W.exe should be present but isn't used with an EA App install of Sims 3.
Here you go. I do have the physical copy of the game unfortunately it's in storage so no TS3W.exe for me
