Sims 3 Launcher not installing Sims 3 store content

I have tried everything to fix this issue but no matter what i do it just keeps asking me to sign in on the launcher repeated every time i try to download something. I've tried clearing the browser ...

w0ahitsliv​  Please try a new admin account on your computer.  Don't link it to your Microsoft account or Apple ID, or to any email address; just see whether you can install Store content.  You may need to repair the game (EA App > Sims 3 > Manage > Repair) first, especially on a Mac.

If this doesn't help, please let me know whether your computer runs Windows or macOS as well as what antivirus you use.
