Sims 3 Launcher not installing Sims 3 store content

I have tried everything to fix this issue but no matter what i do it just keeps asking me to sign in on the launcher repeated every time i try to download something. I've tried clearing the browser ...

when i had issues with store content i ended up making a whole new sims 3 folder. move the old one to your desktop (or remove it completely if you already have a back-up for your saves and stuff) then delete the one from within documents - aka dont uninstall, DELETE. boot up the game again, close it, boot up once more and see if store content can be installed.

i also reset my password once when the launcher wouldnt let me log in for whatever reason, that has worked for me and one other.
