Sims 3 missing content

I've been having this issue with The Sims 3 Deluxe Edition. I have received several responses from them, none of them even getting the problem correct so that it can be fixed. They have their money, and don't seem to be interested in actually fixing the issue.

  • @SinisterPasty Nope. They won't give you a refund if it's been more than 72 hours since you bought it (which is a scam, because it takes longer than that for Help to respond to your ticket.) And if you request a refund, it's all or nothing. Like if you try to get a refund for an expansion pack, you have to refund/remove the entire game, or nothing at all. Their game guarantee is a total scam.
  • @EA_Solaire I've had to resume my ticket several times. In every single response I've gotten, they don't even get the problem right. It's outrageous that you can't get a refund on expansion packs only. And your game guarantee is a scam, because you have to request a refund within 72 hours when it takes Help longer than that to respond to your ticket. Total scam.

    Which expansion specifically are you missing? Is it showing as unowned in the EA app?
