@EA_Solaire I've had to resume my ticket several times. In every single response I've gotten, they don't even get the problem right. It's outrageous that you can't get a refund on expansion packs only. And your game guarantee is a scam, because you have to request a refund within 72 hours when it takes Help longer than that to respond to your ticket. Total scam.

Which expansion specifically are you missing? Is it showing as unowned in the EA app?
