I have now tried what you wrote 5 times! And every time it says : "Ups, we can't treat.." and I can't see what more there's written and I really don't know what to do. FIX THE PROBLEM! There's something wrong with Sims 3 Monte Vista! Especially when 9+ writes that they are having the same problem!

I managed to redeem my code and it started downloading...yipee... then after a long while I received an error and that I should check the log files. I have no idea where they are please assist.
I received the same error when trying to reinstall Riverview and that was after the launcher gave me notification that my game needs updating. 1.2G later for the 2nd time after I installed the recommended patch from this forum. I am running version 12.0.273.020001. Went onto chat and they gave me the link and told me to install the update1.42.130.0190xx. Would not install correctly because I have another more recent patch installed. I just need consensus on what patch to install and if my current one is not correct, how can I get rid of it. What do I do now???
I entered my code for it and it worked so thanks!! I've been having a lot of problems so I'm so happy now that it works
and if its not working it may be your code because your either not putting it in right or its just not working thanks for the help!!!

Go to the sims 3 website, log in, and hover at the 'my page' icon, and click 'my account' then click 'redeem a code' and wait for the page to load and click 'redeem a code' enter the code that the box gave and click accept the terms and conditions. It will direct you to the 'purchase history' page and click download. It will appear in your sims 3 launcher and wait for it to download. and VIOLA.

Thank you so much for the advice. Nothing else was working for me when I used the disk for Monte Vista, but the code did. Thank you!!!!!! 😕mileyvery-happy:

I have tried to tried to install Monte Vista. I have it installed....but it is not recognized and not listed with all the other Sims 3 addons that I have. I bought t brand new and it comes back and tells me that this code has already been used by someone else.

i have the same problem as well! nothing works for me... i've tried both options... what can i do?? dont u have another cerial code?

This did not work for me! My code is INVALID! The stores will not take my disk back because it has been OPENED!!! And this is from a bundle pack. - crinrict12 years agoHero+

If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.

Please accept a solution if your issue is solved. XP is also appreciated - "You have entered an invalid code. Please check your code and try again." That's the error message I get on Monte Vista and the Chocolate Fountain. Hidden Springs worked perfectly. I'm hesitant to purchase Dragon Valley now...
