Sims 3. My installed game wont work or show on launcher

@TinnitusMKM  Does Dragon Valley show as owned on the Sims 3 Store site?  That's where you'd need to download it from; please see the first post of this thread for more details:

Check both your purchase history (Store > My Store Account > Purchase History) and the DV product page—sometimes a world will show as owned in one location but not another.  But in any case, you need to download it from the Store site, not the EA App.

Hi, thanks for answering. DV does not show as owned on the sims 3 store page, or on the DV product page. When I bought this, I also bought some items and Monte Vista, which I also just inserted the code for into the EA app, I never had to use the sims store page. Monte vista and the items work just fine, DV does not. MV was downloaded from the EA app. 
I tried using the code on the sims 3 store later, after lots of googling and failed EA support attempts, but it would accept it as it was already used. 

@TinnitusMKM  Are you sure Monte Vista installed through the EA App?  The App isn't supposed to be able to install Store worlds at all, and it certainly never tried to download mine.  Plus, the worlds don't install into the game's program files but rather the user folder in Documents > Electronic Arts, which is a location the EA App doesn't touch.  I'd be curious as to whether you could replicate this.

At any rate, I'll ask around about your issue with Dragon Valley to see if there's anything else you could do or say to support.
