I would change the documents folder to your d drive then.
Just google for instructions: Move documents folder. You should find many links.

You won't loose anything. Just make sure to not delete any files and make a backup.

After I did that I can't even open Sims3. When I hit play it turns to a black screen and doesn't respond. Also if I try to install a Sims3pack file the little screen that shows how much time is left is not responding. I made sure to do everything correctly but it didn't help. Thank you though for help.
Did the game create a new folder ? Did this happen before you put anything back ?

The game did create a new folder and it happended when I opened the game without putting it back but then when I put the folders one by one in the Sims3 folder each time it was still a black screen.
