Sims 3 on windows 10 error message

Question

Hi, I'm installing Sims 3 on windows 10 and I'm getting an error message:

C:\Windows\SYSTEM32\igdum32d32.dll is either not designated to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. Error status 0xc0000020.

... I have already downloaded the latest VC++ package on my pc, but I'm still getting the same error message. I need help please. Thanks.

I assume the dll name is "Igdumd32.dll"?

This dll is part of the Intel GPU driver. Look if there is a newer Intel driver version&nbsp;available for your hardware.

Did you installed with Origin or from disk?
