Hello, I have a problem where I got a new PC, and then I installed the EA app and started to download my sims 3 games. My Sims 3 base game and expansion packs downloaded successfully, but when I open the sims 3 launcher 4 of my expansion packs are not there, even though they are installed on the EA App. All the expansion packs are also in the game files, but 4 of them are simply not in my game.. It's about the following expansions The sims 3 into the future, the sims 3 seasons, the sims 3 Katy perry sweet treats, and the sims 3 World Adventures. Does anyone know how to fix this? I tried to contact EA support 5-6 times but there was never a solution... I already tried, deleting the game, deleting the EA App, clearing cashes in the EA App and so on.. I really don't know what to do.I will but some pictures so you know what I'm talking about

Hi @Idaskot,Thanks so much, we took a look at this and I believe you should be good to go now. One quick note is that you won't have access to Katy Perry's Sweet Treats as we no longer have the capability to access that addon as the licensing rights expired several years ago.

@Idaskot What exactly did support say the most recent time you contacted them? I don't need a transcript or anything, just the general info shared.

They just told me that they could not do anything, and i should just try and wait and maybe they will come or maybe not, if they do not show up they told me i had to buy the games again..

Can I get help with this same issue??
It seems like support was able to solve for the poster on the backend but did not offer any specifics on this forum. It's been months of this issue and I would like my expansion packs usable please!

@Acwalser This usually happens when the affected packs are blocked on the EA side, for example if the associated product codes get cancelled. (This in turn can happen when the codes were originally stolen, even if the end user has no idea and is several steps removed from the theft.) So it needs to be fixed by EA customer support. I'd suggest contacting them yourself, if you haven't already, since coverage on this forum will be sporadic until the new year. Let me know if you don't get anywhere with support.
