I could not remember my password (since I always have it logged in) so I recently changed it. Now it keeps saying incorrect password whenever I attempt to log in! The only way I can log in is to change my password again and it will work ONCE. It lets me log into Origin just fine, but the actual Sims 3 website, Launcher, or game itself, I cannot log in at all. What is going on?

Yeah, I kinda get that too atm. I can log in though but after a while it logs me out and I can't re-login.

Can you try if it works on a different browser ?

Try clearing your browser cache and cookies and then retry. If the problem continues, try another browser.

Do post again if you cannot get around this issue.

As I said, it's not only the website, but the launcher and the game itself that's not accepting my newly created password. Origin lets me login regardless, but anything to do with SIMS 3 says my information is incorrect. It's not a browser issue.

It is NOT a browser issue. It is not only the website, but the Official Launcher and the SIMS 3 game itself as well. Only Origin lets me login, but the actual game content continuously tells me it's an incorrect password and won't let me login.

try this in the electronics arts/thesims3/downloads is a file with your email address delete that and see if you can log in with one the works for origin

It already is the same email address for both. If I were to use the "forgot password" option to reset it, it will let me log into at least the SIMS website ONE time and then go back to telling me my password is incorrect, but still never able to log into the game. I cannot for the life of me figure out what's going on.
