AngelWohlers Are you saying you've logged into the EA App and don't see Sims 3 or any DLC in your game library? If that's not the case, what's the issue?
If that is the problem, have you contacted customer support to ask what happened to your purchases? A support rep should be able to look up the product codes for you and at least try to help you figure out what account you used to register them.

puzzlezaddict Yes that is what I was trying to say thank you for understanding. I have tried but have not gotten a response from Customer service.
