AngelWohlers Try using the live chat option. If you only see the option to email support instead, choose a slightly different category of issue.

If none of that works, you can use the option to continue without an active login. It might not show up for all categories of issue, but it certainly works when you say you can't login to your EA account.

yeah that didn't help at all there responses was" I am understanding but we are unable to check any details of the code, since it is bought from the third party retailer, therefore, you have to coordinate with the retailer regarding the same." I gave them all the information from receipt, codes email addresses.
