So as the title says, I don't have the registration code for the Sims 3. My mom bought the disk over 10 years ago and I know for a fact that we don't have it anymore. I would like to sign in on the Sims 3 Launch thing but it says i need the registration code but I don't have it.
@ihazeyes2005 Do you still have access to a computer where Sims 3 is installed? If so, or even if you uninstalled but didn't clean up the leftover hidden files, you may be able to find your product code there.

If the code reads as used, you probably already registered it, and in that case, just sign into the Store site with that email address and password. Or enter any address you have access to and click "Forgot your password?" Look for a password recovery email—any address tied to an EA account should receive one.
Otherwise, there may be nothing you can do here, unfortunately. You could try contacting EA customer support with a photo of the disc and case, but there's no guarantee anyone would be able to help.
