Sims 3 Register for Community won't work

I'm having the same problem. Gives 0 information just says it "cant be processed" or wont load at all. I bought my game through steam, not that it should matter since it's happening on the EA site, origins, and inside the game.

Exactly, the website 'help' does really solve this problem either. 

Connected to origin, i know my email and password for sims but it won't let me get past the persona page, please help this is driving me crazy, not a happy customer.

What do you get ? An infitie loop ? 

DId you try a different browser ?

It just keeps refreshing the page and will not let me go further, or technically sign in.

This is still a problem - registration will not go through on Safari or the browser that pops up when you launch the Sims 3.

Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

try switching your browser to IE or firefox  if your on  Mac IE doesn't work so well with Mac a.f.a.i.k.

I figured it out! It is march24th and I have been trying to do this since I got my MAC on Christmas day. If you are having this problem then you have a MAC. go on a pc and use internet explorer. I am so happy this worked!😕mileyvery-happy:

I'm having the same issue - won't let me register in Sims 3 Community. I only have internet explorer. What are my other options?
