Sims 3 Roaring Heights Not Working/Downloading - EA App - Mac

Struggling here, and cannot access any information that is helping me. 

When in 'manage add-ons' it's not even showing as an option to download it. When trying to do it via. browser, the code doesn't work. 'They ran into an issue, try again later'. Tried two different browsers.

I've cleared cache, I've deleted downloads in the Sims 3 folder. I've moved the folder to my desktop. None of these things have worked, and I can't even claim a refund for it!
