Sims 3 Store Content keeps uninstalling.

Sorry to hear that you have run into this issue with the game.

Could you please try the following:

1. Clear Origin cache

2. Restart your computer

3. Start Origin with Admin rights (right click Origin shortcut, select Properties, select Compatibility tab, check the box at the bottom under Privilege Level where it says Run this Program as an administrator, click Apply and OK).

4. Check the launcher for the expansions/packs

@EA_Kristi, thank you for your suggestion. It didn't work in my case, but maybe it would work for someone else.

@kitkatjenkins Are you running Windows 10 operating system? If so, did it recently update?

I too am having the same problem. I'm on Windows 10 and no it didn't update, but the game or origin did!

@ShanEnri  When this happens is it like the game starts like the first time?

@roberta591 no everything is the same even my cc content is unaffected. Just the store content. When I download and install it (I do have to delete and redownload everything) it's in the game but when I leave the game it is uninstalled the next time I get on. Sometimes I don't even have to go into the game at all. I install it and exit the launcher, but when I pull the launcher back up it shows as uninstalled. It shows in my DCCache as being installed but it's not. I tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling just the base game and everything is good. I then reinstalled all the expansion and stuff packs and so far so good but I haven't tried going into the game yet. I'll let you know though. 

@ShanEnri  Is your game version 1.69 - launcher in the lower left? Did you try deleting the item from the downloads tab of the launcher and re downloading the item. When the game updated to Origin the store items also had to be updated.

@roberta591 Yes I did right now I'm checking my cc, I'm thinking it was one or more items I had previous to the update. Thank you

@roberta591 so I ended up deleting all my cc and hopefully all I have to do is redownload all cc as well as store content, running on just mods and ep/sp's. Idk if it'll work but something in that last update screwed up my game!
