Sims 3 Store Content Not Installing

I'm trying to install my content from  The Sims 3 store and as I am installing it, it's saying success, and it looks to be installed, but when I open the game it isn't installed. Then when I go back to the launcher, it appearing that it wasn't installed. How do you fix this issue cause I tried repairing the game and it's not working://
