Sims 3 Supernatural code too short - NB
I just purchased the Sims 3 Supernatural expansion pack and the serial code is 4 digits too short. I have looked for answers on forums however am having no luck. I tried registering my game online ...

16 digit codes are for sims 3 DLC items those are redeemed on the sims 3 account
- Go to thesims3.com and log in with your account
- Go to your account page: https://store.thesims3.com/myAccount.html (site will ask for your password again)
- Click on Redeem a Code
- Enter the 16-letter code, accept the Policies and click on Redeem
- Go to your purchase history to download the world (make sure your game is updated to the newest version)
game codes are 20 digit long if bought as a disk the code should be on the back of the leaflet how to install the game if bought as a download then do this
log into your origin account from the origin shortcut icon with the email and password you used for the account in the origin my games tab hover the mouse over the game icon then click on the i a window should pop open with your code on it or right click the game icon-view game details a window should pop open with your code on it
