Sims 3 Supernatural Issue
Hi all,
I just went to the store yesterday and bought the Sims 3 Supernatural (from Wal-Mart due to its convenience) and installed it onto my MSI Windows 7 PC. I was most looking forward to using the werewolf portion of the game; but after having made a werewolf in CAS, I found that I could not activate the sim's "were" form. I clicked the transformation button several times in-game, and the action would fly up to the queue in the upper left corner of the screen, as usual. But in less than a second, the action would disapper from the queue and my sim would remain human! I repeated this with several other sims and the same result occurred. I tried to make the elixir for it using alchemy as well as purchase the elxir, I even tried to un-become a werewolf then re-become a werewolf, but none of these worked. I used the "testingcheatsenabled" cheat to activate the "in-game" CAS editing, but noticed that editing the sims in their "were" forms was not an option! I read several forums consisting of players not being able to change out of werewolf form, but I have yet to get my sims to change into werewolf form. Is this a common problem? Today, I purchased a second game to try. The same results listed above occurred. What on my computer must I change for the werewolves to work? I am willing to try anything at this point.

Are you using any mods in your game ? If so remove them and delete your cache files.
Go to documents\ea\thesims3 and delete these files
- CASPartCache.package
- compositorCache.package
- scriptCache.package
- simCompositorCache.package
- socialCache.package
The edit in CAS cheat is definitly not updated so don't you that one.

If you wanna use mods, make sure you update them with every patch.
