Many people have troubles playing the game with this. That computer is more of a sub-notebook and not really made for gaming demading games.
You should not get the not connecting message, that has nothing to do with your computer but your game not starting probably does.
The game requires a 2.4 ghz computer to run and while AMD are different from Intel, 1.0 Ghz is just not good enough.
Your graphics drivers are from 2011 on top of that. So try updating those. You have a AMD Radeon HD 6250 Graphics and you should be able to get newer drivers from this site: http://support.amd.com/en-us/download
