Your DxDiag are very hard to read this way. Would have been better if you left the returns and spaces but from what I see
- You only have 1.5 GB of RAM which is very low, especially if you have Seasons.
- Windows XP is no longer supported by Microsoft. Probably time to upgrade
- Your graphics drivers are VERY outdated (from 2009)
- Your graphics card is also old and might have issues with the newer expansions.
Now having said that, you said you played before. With all those expansions ? With the game updated to 1.67 ?
Did you start fresh or did you backup any user files ?
First thing you should do, is update those drivers (if there even are newer drivers for that card). Check the Nvidia page itself (http://www.nvidia.com/ ) and not through your computer. You can have the page detect your card.
Did you try running the game in windowed mode ?
Without all that it was fine 3 months ago I was able to play it and everything but not now. I did a test to see if I can run Sims 3 and the lab from the internet says I meet the requirements which I knew I did anyway.
In your response to your question I was able to play with all the expansions I had and I updated the game then it was fine until I had a virus which was a rootkit got rid of it but for some unknown reason can't play the game.
Yeah tried doing it through Windowed Mode and it still showed the same thing.

Did you update those drivers ?
And you didn't add any extra patches or EPs or custom content you didn't have before you had the virus ?
