Sims 3 University Life will download but not install

About 3 days ago, I bought Sims 3 University Life online at origin on their sale. So I download it, but it won't install. The Installshield Wizard won't  open, and i copied down exactly what the error said

unhandled exception

failed to load DLL: GameuxInstall Helper

Error Number 0x80040702

And I've downloaded it 3 times it it's taking up more space the more I download it. (is there a way to fix that)

I've restarted, restored, and ran a Chk Dsk

Is there somthing wrong with the game, or the installshield, and how can i fix it?

I have a windows 7, and my sims 3 is up to date. I currently have the base game, late night, high end loft stuff, supernatural, and I got ambitions about 10 days ago. (not sure if any ofthat helped)
