Sims 3 University Life won't download

I'm actually here for the exact same reason.

I've tried relogging and refreshing many many times and it still says unreleased.

I read somewhere that it has to be 12am EST, but that's my timezone and it's 20 minutes in and I still don't have it.

Same here. I'm betting it wasn't EST ☹️ . How long does it usually take for the tech support to answer a question?

Anything special you did? It's still marked as unreleased here.

go to the origin tab and hit refresh games?

Been doing that, nadda.

Mine still won't work. My wait time to chat with someone keeps growing, too. Great customer service.

So is SimCity, probably University is next.

EA, really should have let us pre-download this beforehand so we don't overload the servers and cause more issues.
