As soon as the chat opened I got an email saying my game was ready for download and now it's up.I find that a bit odd.. have you checked your email?

I just got that email to, guess they fixed the problem?

Yeah, I checked it and I have the codes for the Limited Edition items, the party pack and school spirit bundle but nothing about the game.

I got them both at once. I just find it odd the email came as soon as he chatted me. Hopefully that'll be the case with yours. Luckily it's downloading quickly now though, already 25%

Sadly I closed the chat as soon as I read "Your approximate wait time is between 320 - 325 minutes."

Hopefully this will all be resolved soon.

Three hours later and my game is now unlocked. Oh thank god.

When I go to confirm my University Life purchase it is telling me that the Game Code I am putting in is already used. I preordered it yesterday for "easy" download today...lol.

Now I am waiting for a chat help, that is lasting forever!

My payment has been processed, and it is in my order history...

But it doesn't even show up on origin, no matter what I do.

Rage.

I received all three emails, but Origin still says the game hasn't been released.  ☹️

Oh, wow!  It just showed up and it's downloading now.  Now, I can hang up the phone I've been waiting on for an hour...
