sims 3 university, saying it hasn't been released yet even though i got my confirmation email..

I pre ordered the sims 3 university with origin a while back,
and last night i stayed up till midnight to digitally download it, i received my conformation email and everything,
yet 14 hours after it was released in australia my origin client still says it hasn't been released.
i've refreshed a thousand times and i don't understand why it isn't working.

    Same! Its pissing me off so much, you'd think after the bull**bleep** with the American release date (They had similar problems) They'd effing fix it! Ugh, all I want is my sims 3 university or a freaking refund, but I can't even contact EA because of their **bleep**ty live chat.

    Same here! Still "unreleased". My daughter was so excited she was up during the night, she'll be home from school very soon and will be very disappointed.

    Learnt my lesson never to pre-order again...
