I am having the same problem ,I will update it. It will finish updating and it will say I need to update to 1.6.3 but it does this repeatedly. I have tried updating it over 15 times and it has yet to work. So I am unable to install my new expansion packs because of this problem. Base game is starting to get boring. If you figure anything out, write back to me cause im very confused.
have you tried in the link provided to the patch you need and which region you need for example US region 1
- Download the patch to a place of your choice on your hard drive (don't choose to run it directly, download it first in case something goes wrong)
- Find the file and double click on it to install
- Wait until the patch is installed
- Done
