Sims 3 website is down?

EA_Solaire​ There is a lot of reports from people not being able to get on the site due to bad gateway 402, 503 etc. Something is going on but some of us myself included can get on there and some have to use the in game system which is buggy and sometimes crashes the game. With from what I'm seeing I think the site could use some work to fix some of those issues even if it has to down for a while but it would help those people who can't get on there. I'm having issues though with not being able to see older posts, Some people can't change their privacy settings from friends only to everyone and some people can't even load their pages. I hope will all this info it can help you send this to the team to see what they can do on their end. Yes, me too. On windows 11 with a new laptop and I was able to sign in on Wednesday, I believe. But not now. Hope they can fix this.

502 Bad Gateway error on Windows 11 on Edge and Chrome. The store page comes up but when I try to sign in I get the gateway error.

Edit: Tried Firefox and when I clicked sign in on the Sims 3 store home page it took me to the EA sign in but when I signed in I got the gateway error again. 

For the last few days I haven't been able to do anything on the sims 3 website, it lets me log in using my EA account but then all pages like My Page etc, just give me a 502 Bad gateway error, can anyone help me please? Thanks!

Same problem for me for days. I have seen in the other posts that many others are having the same problem. I contacted tech support and they said they would look into it. Hopefully after the weekend? Obviously something is wrong with the sims 3 website since many can't log in when everything was fine early last week.

it's annoying, especially when I just did a clean folder to do a new themed family and I only got a few of the worlds downloaded before this happened

Still can not get on to the site or upload or download. :(  any news?

Same here! Error 502 bad gateway. I had some new houses to upload to my studio, but I've been getting the same error for a few days now. Some of us still use this regularly. I hope they're not shutting it down without giving us the opportunity to save our purchases. 

Yes. I just tried again now. As soon as I tap Log In, it takes me to the Bad Gateway 502 error
