Hello, friends, I can not get on the Sims 3 exchange or the Sims 3 Store for the last couple of days. HELP! Thanks to all who brought this to the attention of the right people. I hope they will do something. If we can still BUY from the store, they should still support this game!!

I have also had this gateway error for 2 days now . I hope it's just weather or server related issues that can be fixed . Hopefully it is temporary and not the end of the sims 3 site and downloads .

I have had the 502 Bad Gateway error trying to log in to the store and exchange for 2 days now as well. Tried another browser and got the same thing-I'm on a Windows 7 OS don't know if that has anything to do with it at all

Yes, I have the same error as well. I suspect its based on changes that occured with Edge and the new AI build? Not sure if changing the default browser that Sims3 uses will fix the issue.

No, I have windows 11 here and still 502 Gateway Error. Also on my android phone.

Yes I contacted EA tech support and they made it seem like the problem was with me but looking at the number of posts in the past 2 days about 502 Gateway Error, it is a website issue. They said they'd look into it, but if we keep posting, I think they might actually try to fix it.

I also cannot get on my wall or other simmers walls, I can only view my studio, the exchange and upload to the exchange.

good to know thanks, I was hoping to do a complete back up of all my exchange files when I was on vacation next week just in case I couldn't access the store site after they officially discontinue support for the EA app for Windows 7/8 pc's next month.

My friend had the 502 bad gateway error for four days now, and can only use her phone right now. I have tried on my iPad and my android today, and I have been getting the same error. I tried contacting EA, their team asked me to try Incognito Mode, and to Clear the web browser cache. Those method attempts were unsuccessful 😓
