Sims 3 website is down?

I have the same issue. I tried to log in to Sims 3 site to download some of my store content on my new laptop. The site doesnt allow me to log in, I also tried with my old laptop which didnt have any issues until now. I also wanted to download the game tools like create world tool but was not able to because i cant log in no matter what. I want my all of the store content i have bougth on my new laptop. 

Same here, worked like an hour ago, wanted to add my new store world and I can't login or download anything. The in game login doesn't work either.

I tried the cache cleaning and game repair but nothing works, guess EA servers are unstable again 😔

For me it's not the launcher causing issues, its thesims3.com website. Its like login has been disabled. 

I can't login to the sims 3 store to download my purchase history. I login, and then it just shows the main page without me logged in. I've tried different browsers, deleted browser caches, use Ccleaner to clean the browsers, rebooted the computer. nothing. Can't login on the sims 3 launcher either. But I can log in to the EA app and here. I'm now reinstalling my store content from a backup file I have that's probably missing items.

I can't log in to the Sims 3 Store page! I only get an EA login screen once, but when I complete it, I'm returned to the Sims 3 Store homepage without being logged in, and I can't do anything else. Could you please look into this ASAP? Thank you!

Hey, worked for me now just fine, maybe it was a freak thing? Are you using this site: https://store.thesims3.com/

did you actually get logged in? because no matter where i go on the site, it does the login loop. main page, store page, exchange page, 'my page'... all have the same result. just tried all of them (1 dec 25 10:01 mst) - click login, wait a moment, page refreshes, and back to the main page without being logged in, and that happens no matter which page i tried to log in from

Are you still unable to login on the site today? If not, are you seeing any specific errors, or are you stuck in a login loop? 

EA_Solaire​  I tested the Store site just now and still can't login.  In Firefox (macOS version), I'm already signed into this site, and clicking Login on store.thesims3.com sends me to http://www.thesims3.com without signing me in.  Clicking Login there refreshes the page without signing me in.

I tried this in Chrome as well, where I've cleared all browser data.  When I tried to sign into the Store, I was asked for my email and password, then a 2FA code, but then I got the same result: punted to the main site with no login.  However, the login process did work because I could sign into this forum in the same browser window without having to input my credentials again.

I'm in the U.S. and am not using a VPN or any adblocking/pop-up blocking/other add-ons aside from what's built into either browser.  I did however decline to allow cookies in both cases.

I'm still not able to get signed in.  The screen just reloads when clicking the login button.  I am able to get logged into the game once it loads but not through the launcher. It still says the Sims 3 website is not connected to my EA account but it always was before.  Guess, I'm stuck in a login loop.
