Sims 3 website is down?

I haven't been able to log in to the Sims 3 site since 11/13/25. I would like to know if EA is looking in to fixing this problem or Is EA just letting the site go, no reason for me to keep trying to log in if I will never be able too. 

I’m still unable to log in anywhere on that site… no errors, just stuck in a loop back to the main page.

Edit! Don’t know if this has any bearing on this issue, however I clicked on “Buy SimPoints” even though it wouldn’t let me log in, and an error message popped up saying the address was invalid.

I am still stuck in the login loop. No errors.

EA_Solaire​ I haven't been able to log in to the sims 3 since 11/12 after the website said it was under maintenence for a few hours. First it gave an error message for a week, but since then I have also been stuck in the log in loop. I have not used any VPNs. I can only log in inside the game but if I try to download my purchases it fails. The launcher says the account is not linked when I try to log in. I have contacted EA Support twice, but they were unable to help. They only reported the issue to the team. Do you know any info and if they are working on this issue? 

I had this issue previously, everything was resolved then today I have had the exact same problem for the first time. Has the EA App been updated or something? I can't run my game with my store content and I can't log into the store on the website EA_Cade​ 

I'm stuck in a login loop and my sims 3 store content isn't running when I launch my game

I am still getting the login loop. No specific errors on the website. 

EA_Solaire​ No specific errors, no errors at all when trying to login on the TS3 website.  The same login loop that has been happening for some time.

Still getting the login error with the TS3 launcher, "Your EA Account is not linked to a The Sims 3 Community Account".

Actually start the game and F5 to update the options and the running game informs me I am logged in.

I don't try to access the store and d/load any purchased content within the game interface when running the game, doing that has caused major problems with the game for years that require exiting TS3 and restarting.

EA_Solaire​  2 dec 25 10:58 mst - still can't login. have cleared cache on both chrome and firefox. go to main sims3 page, click login, page refreshes, but not logged in. click login, page refreshes but still not logged in. have tried from all the main subheadings only in this case, clicking login from one of those pages (community, my page, exchange, etc) refreshes and has me back at the main page.

Yes. Theres another thread on this topic. Its been going on for weeks now.
