I am having all the same issues including the message on my launcher that says my EA account is not linked to the sims 3 community account.
I can see new upoads to the exchange so not everyone is having this issue but many of us are. There must be some common issue but im not computer savvy enough to know. Im on a windows laptop that is fully updated. Im playing from disc version 1.67. I could play through the EA app but Im in the middle of a world build and don't want to lose my ability to use EIG.

If you manage to get logged in and download your purchases, I would recommend keeping a copy your downloads folder somewhere other than in the game. That way you can delete your downloads after installing them, freeing up space and if they ever decided to close the store, you'll have your downloads.

Dec 2nd, still stuck in the login loop. Store items don't work properly either in-game. Hope they fix this soon.

I had all my downloads in a file on my desktop and after moving them to the game downloads file (forgot to copy the files), the worlds were gone. I found that multiple worlds were installed via the EA App.
I own all the worlds and I am missing all other worlds except Hidden Springs, Riverview and Lucky Palms and those installed by EA App.
Can't continue my storyline without them. ☹️
UPDATE: Found my Worlds, they weren't showing up under the worlds tab but did find them under the all tab.

The web address changes from thesims3.com to thesims3.com/home.html
⬇️After pressing Login⬇️
When I tried logging in via Firefox since I have never used that browser with my PC. It asked me to login, taking me to the EA Login and said the account is not linked when I try to log in.

stuck in the login loop, have tried an incognito window, cleared cache and cookies and a different browser and it still happens

Another 7 days and I still can't log in. I am stuck in the login loop. Can someone from EA at least confirm that you are working on this and provide an ETA on when it will be fixed, if ever?

ea_solaire has responded in a couple spots higher up on the thread. last time was two days ago (1 dec 25). they are aware that something is going on, and are looking into it... but that's all we've got so far

I stil cannot log in to the sims store (https://www.thesims3.com/home.html).
This is already day 4 that i am trying to log in. It does not matter what browser i use. I cannot log in. I already tried repairing the game. Different browsers. Cleaning caches. Different pc. Tryed the mobile phone . Notheing workes. I hope some one can help us all.!

From what I can make out and from research, this is a server issue and it is not caused by:
❌ Your browser
❌ Your cache
❌ Your account
❌ Your device
❌ Anything on your end

Tcee11 I recognize this loop, I discovered that on the 29th of November and haven't been able to log in on The Sims 3 Store AT ALL since at least then. Since the first post was published about two months ago and I know that my last download was in February this year, the mess must have started sometime between February and October 2025.
